Terms of sale

The seller of the products offered on this website is H.S Home Style. Our shop is on Atatürk Caddesi, opposite Gönyeli Primary School, Gönyeli, Nicosia (Lefkoşa). No payment is taken on the site; orders you create on the site become final on WhatsApp.

Adding products to the basket or sending the WhatsApp message does not by itself make your order final. An order becomes final when the products, stock, total amount, delivery and payment terms have been confirmed by both sides.

Prices and stock

All prices shown on the site include VAT (KDV). Product prices and promotions may change. Before your order becomes final, the product price, any delivery charge and the total amount payable are confirmed on WhatsApp.

Stock is checked when your order is confirmed. If we cannot supply a product, we tell you; we do not send a different product without your approval.

Warranty and service

All our products carry an authorised distributor warranty. The length, conditions and scope of the warranty vary by product; claims are based on the product's warranty certificate and proof of purchase.

We also offer support through our own professional technical service. Additional support in cases outside the distributor warranty is assessed for each product and fault; its scope and any charge are stated before work begins.

Returns and exchanges

Under our shop policy, we take back only products that are unopened and unused, within 14 days of the invoice date. In return we offer an exchange or store credit; we do not refund money. Contact us with your invoice to apply. This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, including any rights that apply to distance sales. Personal data

We use the contact, delivery, invoice and payment details you share for an order for these purposes: to confirm your order, take your payment, deliver and install the product, issue the invoice, and resolve warranty, return and service requests. Our Privacy notice explains which information is processed, on what legal basis and for how long, and what your rights are.

Cookies

The site uses browser storage to remember your basket and your preferences, and necessary security cookies to protect the site against attacks; these need no consent. Statistics, Maps and Video cookies load only if you agree. Details are in our Cookie policy; you can change your choice at any time through "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.

Intellectual property

The H.S Home Style brand identity and the content of the site belong to H.S Home Style or its licensors. Brand names, logos and manufacturer images shown with the products belong to their owners. Details are in our Terms of use.

Disputes

You can send us questions or complaints about your purchase by phone, WhatsApp or email. We will contact you to resolve your request. Your statutory rights as a consumer, including your right to seek redress, are not affected.
