1. This site

homestylecy.com is the online shop of H.S Home Style. Our contact details are at the end of this page and on the Store policy page. By using the site you accept these terms.

The terms of sale are on these pages: Store policy, Delivery and returns, Payment options. If they conflict with these terms, those pages prevail on matters of sale.

2. How an order becomes final

No payment is taken through the site. The basket and the order form turn your order into a WhatsApp message. You then send that message to our WhatsApp line yourself.

Adding products to the basket or sending the WhatsApp message does not by itself make your order final. An order becomes final when the products, stock, total amount, delivery and payment terms have been confirmed by both sides on WhatsApp.

3. Prices and product information

Prices are shown in Turkish lira and include VAT (KDV). Prices set in euro or US dollars are converted to Turkish lira at exchange rates updated every week, and rounded to the nearest whole lira. Prices may therefore change from week to week. The price that applies is the one given to you when your order is confirmed on WhatsApp.

Product images are for illustration only; colours may look different on your screen. If we notice an error in a price or in product information, we tell you before we confirm your order.

4. Discount codes

Discount codes are entered on the basket page and are reflected in the total. The validity period and conditions of each code are announced with the code. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined and are available only while stocks last.

5. Using the site

You may use the site only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to damage the site, disrupt how it works, or copy its content in bulk with automated tools. The details you enter in the order form must be your own and correct.

6. Intellectual property

The text, design and H.S Home Style brand identity on the site belong to H.S Home Style or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission. Brand names, logos and manufacturer images shown with the products belong to their owners and are used only to present the products. Google reviews shown on the site belong to their authors and are taken from our shop's page on Google.

7. Outside services

WhatsApp, YouTube, the Google map and other external links are subject to the terms of the companies concerned. We are not responsible for the content or operation of those services.

8. Liability

We take care to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it will work without interruption or error. To the extent the legislation allows, we are not liable for indirect loss arising from the site being temporarily unavailable. Nothing in these terms removes or limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Personal data and cookies

Our Privacy notice explains how your personal data is processed, and our Cookie policy explains what is stored on your device.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, and its courts have jurisdiction over disputes. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, including your right to seek redress. If there is a problem, please contact us first; we will try to solve it together.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is published on this page with its update date. A final order is governed by the terms in force when it became final.
