How long does delivery take?
We deliver throughout Northern Cyprus within 1–5 working days. We confirm your delivery arrangements together on WhatsApp.
Is installation charged?
Delivery and installation are free on all major appliances. Installation is carried out by our authorised service team. Built-in measurements, cabinet cutting and old-appliance removal are not included in our services.
Are the products under warranty?
All our products carry an authorised distributor warranty. Warranty periods and coverage vary by product. Our own professional technical service also provides support. Additional support outside distributor coverage is assessed for each product and fault; the scope and any charges are explained before work begins.
How can I pay?
Pay by cash, credit card or bank transfer. On delivery, only cash or bank transfer is accepted. Pay in 5 interest-free instalments with Ziraat Bankası credit cards, or 3 interest-free instalments with Garanti, Halkbank, Cardplus and İş Bankası credit cards. Orders are completed on WhatsApp.
How do returns work?
Under our store policy, return/exchange requests are accepted within 14 days of the invoice date only for unused products in unopened packaging. Eligible requests can be resolved with a product exchange or store credit; monetary refunds are not provided under this policy. Contact us with your invoice to make a request. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
