How do returns work?
Under our store policy, return/exchange requests are accepted within 14 days of the invoice date only for unused products in unopened packaging. Eligible requests can be resolved with a product exchange or store credit; monetary refunds are not provided under this policy. Contact us with your invoice to make a request.
